{"id":2722,"date":"2022-03-18T09:15:04","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T08:15:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inodec.fr\/en\/?p=2722"},"modified":"2024-09-02T09:19:51","modified_gmt":"2024-09-02T07:19:51","slug":"plus-de-performance-et-plus-de-confort-chez-inodec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inodec.fr\/en\/blog\/2022\/03\/18\/plus-de-performance-et-plus-de-confort-chez-inodec\/","title":{"rendered":"Increased performance and comfort at INODEC!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>INODEC&#8217;s goal was to increase its productivity and improve the thermal comfort of its employees.<br \/>\nLANSARD supported INODEC from the project definition to the installation, with a focus on combining ecology, economy, and performance.<br \/>\nLANSARD installed a system that includes, among other things, an Air Handling Unit (AHU) with 2 Trane HFO refrigerant groups (green refrigerant with GWP=0).<br \/>\nThe production of chilled water was coupled with our PROMATEC oil filtration unit. The cutting oil is now temperature-stabilized before being distributed to our machine tools.<br \/>\nRegarding the workshop environment, in winter, the AHU air is heated by recovering the calories from the cooled oil, and in summer, the system has a FreeCooling function to naturally cool the workshops. The distribution of air at the desired temperature is achieved through new textile air ducts to optimize diffusion and employee comfort.<br \/>\nOur AHU advantageously replaces the gas-fired heater system.<br \/>\nINODEC thanks LANSARD and all its teams for their professionalism and the completion of this fine installation.<br \/>\nA significant investment but fully in line with INODEC&#8217;s desire: innovative and virtuous for the environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INODEC&#8217;s goal was to increase its productivity and improve the thermal comfort of its employees.
