We have recently implemented a PROMATEC oil filtration system, enabling us to regenerate and recirculate our cutting oils. By achieving a filtration level of up to 4µm, we have significantly improved machining quality, extended tool life, and enhanced thermal stability. The automated distribution of thermally stabilized oil ensures optimal operating conditions for our machines.

This investment has not only boosted our productivity but also aligns with our commitment to sustainable practices. INODEC is grateful for our partnership with PROMATEC.

]]> INODEC’s goal was to increase its productivity and improve the thermal comfort of its employees.
LANSARD supported INODEC from the project definition to the installation, with a focus on combining ecology, economy, and performance.
LANSARD installed a system that includes, among other things, an Air Handling Unit (AHU) with 2 Trane HFO refrigerant groups (green refrigerant with GWP=0).
The production of chilled water was coupled with our PROMATEC oil filtration unit. The cutting oil is now temperature-stabilized before being distributed to our machine tools.
Regarding the workshop environment, in winter, the AHU air is heated by recovering the calories from the cooled oil, and in summer, the system has a FreeCooling function to naturally cool the workshops. The distribution of air at the desired temperature is achieved through new textile air ducts to optimize diffusion and employee comfort.
Our AHU advantageously replaces the gas-fired heater system.
INODEC thanks LANSARD and all its teams for their professionalism and the completion of this fine installation.
A significant investment but fully in line with INODEC’s desire: innovative and virtuous for the environment.

Committed to environmental protection and employee well-being, INODEC recently installed a centralized vacuum system in its workshop. This SCANDMIST system, installed in May 2021, features a three-stage filtration process that effectively removes oil mist. As a result, workshop emissions are filtered, preserving the health of our employees and the environment. INODEC is proud to contribute to improving air quality in the Arve Valley.
