“Com les pros” 2025 at INODEC

On the occasion of “Com les Pros,” around ten curious individuals visited INODEC to discover the industrial sector.

The program included: a presentation of the various professions with our team, a short theoretical session to understand how our machines operate, followed by an immersion into the heart of our workshop.

Visitors were able to explore the diversity of our careers: from sales and the design office, to quality assurance, sales administration (ADV), and production.

A big thank you to everyone who came to meet us; every year, we are delighted to meet you and share our world with you.

INODEC and IVALTECH celebrate the holidays

At the end of July, the INODEC team enjoyed its traditional summer gathering… with a great twist: this year, we had the pleasure of sharing it with our colleagues from IVALTECH!

On the program: lunch at the restaurant Auberge des Lacs in Thyez, followed by a pétanque tournament at the Thyez boulodrome.

It was a warm and friendly moment that allowed everyone to get to know each other better and share good times together, far from the workshops and offices.

A big thank you to all the teams for their enthusiasm and team spirit!

The perfect way to recharge our batteries before heading into the new season with energy and motivation.

INODEC opened its doors to students from Collège de Groisy and Lycée Lachenal for a hands-on learning experience in machining. The two-day event provided students with a unique opportunity to see how products are made and understand the importance of manufacturing.

Retour sur le Challenge Mobilité

Last Thursday, INODEC participated in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Mobility Challenge! Despite the overcast skies, our employees showed incredible enthusiasm for sustainable transportation. Many walked or biked to work, some even conquering the nearby mountain passes. We’re so proud of their commitment to the environment. A big thank you to everyone who participated!
